Shipping

We will do our very best to process your order as quickly as possible. It can be however that despite our motivation it will take us up to 5 working days to ship your package. Should there be an exceptional delay in fulfilling your order, we will inform you right away.

Orders will be sent to the address that you submit during the purchasing process. Please make sure that it is the right one. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect, but if that happens let’s be in touch and see how we can support you.

Delivery is handled by postal services such as PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the moment of delivery, and are not responsible for delivering your package. Returns

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event of one of our products not meeting your expectations, you may return it, unused, for a refund of the purchase price (the shipping costs are not included in the refund) within 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or.

Please email us at info@vqcameras.com and include your invoice/order number and we will send you instructions on how to return the item. We would be grateful if you also let us know why you decided to return the product.

It can take up to 10 working days from the time your return is received to process your refund. We will refund your purchase to the same payment method that you originally used to pay for it, unless specified otherwise. Please keep in mind that the costs for returning the product from your address to us are for your own account.
